看女同學不爽　小5男童密謀殺人

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國華盛頓州福特科威爾小學，一名小5男學生，因策畫謀殺同班女同學，法官12日以一級謀殺起訴，判他有罪，監禁3到5年。

這名男學生2月7日到校時，被抓到攜帶手槍和刀，調查後發現他和另一名同學，計畫一人用刀刺死一名女同學，如果有人發現要阻止他們，另一人就會持槍嚇阻對方，男童律師以他無法分辨現實和虛構世界為由辯護，不過法官發現男童相當清楚自己的所作所為，單純因為看女同學不爽，所以想將她殺死。
