桃園大園土地交易485億元　冠全國

【郭寶懃／台北報導】根據今年10月1日以前的實價揭露資料顯示，今年前8月的全台灣土地交易金額為8116億元，而桃園縣土地交易金額高達1993億元為最高，其中大園鄉土地交易金額為485億元，是全國土地交易量之冠。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德表示，桃園高鐵站、航空城2大熱門開發區段，橫跨大園鄉、中壢市與蘆竹鄉等3個行政區，受惠於高鐵站與機場捷運線沿線開發案，加上愛台12建設的航空城開發案，規劃總開發面積超過1815萬坪，眾多利多帶動土地交易量。
