老婦漏尿4年多　尿道懸吊手術解困擾

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄一名年近70歲的周姓婦人，因漏尿困擾4年多，咳嗽、打噴嚏，甚至是從椅子上站起就會漏尿，嚴重到必須包尿布，經泌尿科醫師診斷為應力性尿失禁，藉由尿道懸吊手術改善擾人問題，順利擺脫尿布及尿騷味。

高雄長庚醫院泌尿科主任、台灣尿失禁防治協會理事長莊燿吉表示，臨床上不少長者尿失禁卻不敢啟齒，嚴重影響生活品質，長期下來也對身心健康造成影響，長者頻尿、夜尿及急尿更可能增加跌倒和骨折機會。

莊燿吉說，年紀大、肥胖或糖尿病都是尿失禁的危險因子，目前可透過藥物或手術等方式改善，呼籲長者若有相關困擾一定要就醫治療，都會獲得大幅度的改善，千萬不要避諱就醫診斷治療。
