暫定古蹟文物遭竊　兩名嫌犯落網

【鮮明／台中報導】台中市第十三期重劃區內被暫列為市定古蹟的「樹德山莊」，本周二遭竊賊侵入，偷走舊式裁縫機、留聲機、八駿圖刺繡等古物，連門板也被人拆走。台中市警局第四分局接獲屋主報案後，調閱路口監視畫面，昨天下午逮捕陳姓（33歲）、張姓（31歲）兩名竊賊，並起出失竊的裁縫機及兩片門板。

陳嫌、張嫌供稱，路過樹德山莊時發現該屋破舊、環境髒亂，以為屋內物品是無人所有的廢棄物，才會偷走裁縫機及門板帶回家收藏，並未轉賣圖利。警方訊後，將兩人依竊盜罪嫌函送偵辦。
