兩岸非國際關係？　台聯籲辦馬英九叛國罪

【林修卉／台北報導】馬英九總統昨在國慶演說提及，兩岸關係不是國際關係。台聯黨主席黃昆輝今表示，馬英九作為總統，在中華民國國慶日上，否定中華民國為國家，「這不是叛國，什麼才是叛國？」他將再向高院遞出聲請，繼續偵辦馬英九的叛國罪。

黃昆輝指出，馬英九把內政、經濟搞得一團糟，卻只想討好中國，把中國當萬靈丹，甚至不惜犧牲中華民國主權，配合中國的「兩岸做出合情合理的政治安排」而釋出媚共之詞。

黃昆輝說，馬英九是人民選出來的總統，人民並沒有授權馬英九可以否定自己的國家，馬英九已背叛人民、背叛國家，其叛國罪人民一定要追究到底。
