為賺規費？北市遭批未力推電子戶籍謄本

【郭美瑜／台北報導】內政部2003年起推動電子戶籍謄本，民眾可在內政部或戶政事務所網站以自然人憑證免費列印使用，還能節省每張15元的紙本費用。北市議員厲耿桂芳今質疑，去年北市戶所核發209萬件紙本戶籍謄本，約5千萬元規費收入輕鬆落袋，「因為規費好賺，市府不宣導。」北市民政局表示，各戶所已設電子戶籍謄本體驗區宣導，內政部也研議以其他證件替代戶籍謄本。
