叔帶姪兒逛手機店　順手牽羊偷手機

【戴之聖／基隆報導】位在基隆深溪路上的手機店長在本月6日向派出所報案表示，店裡面1台SONY智慧型手機遭竊，警方在調監視器畫面發現37歲的曹姓男子涉有重嫌，警方請曹男到案說明後坦承犯案。

警方表示，曹男與35歲的姪子1起逛手機店，趁姪子到櫃檯詢問維修手機問題，曹男則到手機展示區，發現一台智慧型手機連接的安全鎖脫落，在店員沒注意時直接將手機放到口袋偷走，警方訊後將曹姓男子依竊盜罪函送法辦。
