擇9999結婚仍不敵小三　女獲賠16萬元

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市黃姓女子與王姓男子交往多年，選擇在民國99年9月9日結婚，期盼2人婚姻長長久久，但王男婚後卻與進修班楊姓女同學密切往來相偕出遊，今年1月被黃女發現後，2人坦承有牽手、擁抱，並立切結書不再往來，卻仍熱線不斷，今年3月，黃女與王男協議離婚後提告。
 
台中地院判決指，黃女雖未提出王、楊2人有發生性行為的證據，但2人單獨出遊、每日電話往來頻繁，楊女也向黃女稱：「我當下的道德都沒了」，認定2人相處已逾越一般夫妻所能容忍的範圍，破壞黃女婚姻和家庭圓滿，判決2人要連帶賠償黃女16萬元精神慰撫金。
