性侵犯出獄再犯　二審：不知警惕　重判

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市李姓男子曾因性侵被判刑，前年底李男出獄後，今年2月再對1名騎機車的夜歸女子摸大腿，見女子驚嚇倒地，又返回對該女子舌吻、撫胸，再以手指性侵，一審判李男4年5月，台中高分院指李男出獄後定期上性侵害治療課程，仍不知警惕，行徑惡劣，依性騷擾和強制性交罪改判6年刑期。
 
判決指出，李男在2007年間先後對3名夜歸女子性侵、猥褻和性騷擾，被判刑4年5月，出獄後再犯，犯罪情節如出一轍，一審卻僅判他4年5月，不符合罪刑相當原則，故加重判刑。
