【簡銘柱／台北報導】今天早上10時許，台科大校園忽然停電，結果造成基隆路長興街口號誌燈不亮，造成騎腳踏車的學生與汽機車搶道，警方獲報後到現場指揮交通，隨即在11時20分恢復電力，誌燈也恢復正常。
