攤商賣活蝦少7兩　詐欺送辦

【黃楷棟╱新北報導】真是有夠「蝦」！新北市一名男子月前兩度到市場向同一名攤商買蝦，對方號稱給二十一兩，男子借磅秤來秤竟分別少了七兩與四兩，攤商竟辯稱蝦子含水，蝦頭刺破袋子漏水才不足重，男子氣得提告，警偵訊後依詐欺罪嫌函送。

警方說，新北市洪姓男子（六十一歲）上月四日至板橋區新埔市場買菜，賣蝦的李姓女子（四十八歲）告知活蝦一斤一百六十元，買兩百元加送一兩，洪男付了兩百元共買了二十一兩返家。
但洪姓男子烹煮前，發現蝦子份量與李女所言不符，急忙至住家樓下的雜貨店借秤，一秤竟只有十三兩，氣得回市場找李女理論，但她已收攤離開。
