揭高官弊案　中國記者遭逮捕

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】中國北京市人民檢察院第三分院10日證實，一名隸屬廣東羊城晚報集團的《新快報》記者劉虎已被檢方逮捕。
 
8月25日淩晨，北京市公安局官方微博發佈消息表示，劉虎因涉嫌「製造傳播謠言」，已被北京警方依法刑事拘留。根據劉虎律師周澤的微博指出，劉虎被逮捕的罪名是誹謗罪。劉虎曾在網路上檢舉國家工商總局副局長馬正其涉嫌瀆職侵佔，令人聯想這是劉虎被捕的主因。
 
據劉虎的妻子秦女士透露，她家中的筆記型與桌上電腦均被帶走，另外有幾張提款卡也被搜走。
