上海女街拍裸照　拍攝者道歉香港導演力挺

【任羿馨／綜合報導】日前微博上出現一系列上海地標衡山路拍攝的裸女照片，在網路上瘋傳，中國公安也介入追查裸照源頭，今天1名自稱是拍攝者的網友「Kenny_McCormick」在微博上PO道歉聲明，不過也有網友力挺他，連香港導演彭浩翔也說沒必要道歉。

根據香港《蘋果日報》報導，Kenny_McCormick指自己是學習體攝影愛好者，聲明指出「衡山路的照片是10月2日在私人論壇發出。除了通過認證的高級會員，其他人是看不到的。第二天就被轉載到了其他成人論壇，並且修改了標題，接著引起了不小的反響」。

有網友痛斥他糟蹋藝術，但也有網友聲援他，香港導演彭浩翔也在微博上力挺他，表示「根本沒必要道歉」。對此，今天下午中國上海市公安局網安總隊則表示全案仍在調查，低調不回應。
