（中央社記者張榮祥台南10日電）賴姓男子和2名友人日前駕車行經台南火車站，誤以為遭站前休息的高醫學生敵視挑釁，持棍棒砸毀對方機車，今天遭函送。台南市警察局第一分局指出，5名高雄醫學大學學生8日凌晨分騎4輛機車夜遊台南，在台南火車站前休息時，突遭3名男子持鐵棒和鋁棒砸毀2輛機車的車燈。學生被攻擊後到派出所描述事發經過，卻因身心疲憊想趕回高雄休息，不願報案，但警方還是調閱監視器畫面追查，鎖定一輛裝有尾翼的黑色自小客車，昨晚傳喚車主賴男到案。賴男坦承涉案，他供稱，當時誤以為遭學生敵視挑釁，才持棍棒毀損對方機車。 http://ppt.cc/6KMY -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.221.136
