中國捐精院士獲判13年　上訴遭駁回

【簡嘉宏╱綜合外電報導】中國科學院地球深部重點實驗室前主任段振豪，因一場「捐精」風波遭調查，此案近日宣判，北京高院終審以貪污罪判處有期徒刑13年，段振豪上訴遭駁回。

案發前，段振豪曾擔任中國科學院地質與地球物理研究所研究員、計算地球化學及其應用學科組組長。2011年5月，段振豪還名列中科院候選院士名單。不料，一個月後，一個名為「感歎人生」的網友在微博上連續發文11篇，指控段振豪包二奶及養私生女。據悉，此人就是段振豪的妻子。段振豪當時在接受媒體採訪時全盤否認，稱只是「捐精給對方生孩子」，遭調查後扯出貪污情節。

一審獲刑13年後，段振豪提出上訴，北京市高院日前對此案做出終審判決，駁回段振豪上訴，全案定讞。
