「吉美一品花園」每坪喊88萬

永和最高價
推出「信義之星」擦亮招牌的吉美建設，拼今年928檔期，本周在新北市永和區推出「吉美一品花園」豪宅新案，每坪喊出75~88萬元，創下永和最高房價。業界評估，高樓層有機會上看百萬元。

最大高樓層建案

吉美建設昨舉行「吉美一品花園」動土典禮，「吉美一品花園」基地前身是永和太平洋百貨，也是永和地區最大都更案。「吉美一品花園」規劃64~82坪、4房格局，總價約5000~8500萬元，未來將興建地上29樓、地下5樓住宅。
吉美建設總經理林進輝感嘆，「聽到都更頭就痛起來」，歷經5年終於核定完成，過程非常辛苦，但和其他人花8~10年才能完成相比，5年速度很快，未來將是新北市規模最大的高樓層建案，是永和超高豪宅大樓。
負責代銷的美學生活廣告副總經理張德仁說，桃園青埔、林口房價上漲後，新北客又回來了，單周來人超過80組。記者劉曉霞
