萬華店面標脫 最高5548萬元

【郭寶懃╱台北報導】國產署昨日標售24戶店面，共吸引18組人馬投標，最後標脫7筆、標脫率30%，分別位於萬華區的「崇仁花園」與「復華新城」，坪數為40.15~51.85坪，標脫金額為3966 ~5548萬元，標脫每坪單價為76~122萬元。
得標金額最高的店面是位於西藏路的「復華新城」，得標金額為5548萬元，底價為5178萬元，面積為46.23坪，標脫每坪120萬元，溢價率7.15%。

近未來捷運萬大線

築巢房屋艋舺直營店副店長游家鎮表示，西藏路周邊店面每坪100~110萬元，這次標脫金額單價120萬元比周邊行情高，推估可能是外來客，畢竟附近店面效應並不大，較有的優勢為離未來捷運站萬大線較近，還有周邊鄰近全聯福利中心與頂好超市。
另外，原本「崇仁花園」標售11個店面，僅只有1家標脫，標脫金額為3966萬元，僅高出底價99元。
