菲特陸上警戒區　新增新竹

【許敏溶／台北報導】根據中央氣象局最新資料，中颱菲特下午8時中心位置，來到台北東方約450公里海面上，以時速19公里速度穩定朝西北西移動，陸上警戒區新增新竹；在菲特影響下，蘭嶼已出現11級強陣風，彭佳嶼、台中梧棲也有10級強陣風，台北市關渡、新北市烏來的累積總雨量都超過150毫米。  

氣象局預報員羅雅尹說，目前陸上警戒區包括台北市、新北市、桃園縣、基隆與宜蘭、新竹地區，稍晚苗栗地區將納入警戒區，暴風圈預計明清晨接觸北部陸地，入夜後風雨會明顯增強，今晚到明日白天是風雨最顯著時刻，預估明上午基隆、宜蘭出現將樹拔起的10級強陣風。
