吹噓「我搞了1個人妻」　男遭拘役50天

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名高姓男子，去年12月7日晚間10時許，與朋友在KTV慶生，見同事妻子身材姣好心生歹念，見女子找不到廁所自告奮勇帶路，趁女子如廁後，將她推至牆角強吻1秒，女子憤而離去。
 
隔日上班後，高男竟向公司同事炫耀說，「昨天去唱歌，還搞了1個人妻，那個人妻我們都認識！」輾轉傳到該名同事耳裡，向妻子詢問後，發現是高男惡意造謠，妻子憤而報警提告。

日前全案經法院審理，判高男意圖性騷擾，罰5萬，另誹謗罪拘役50天，得易科罰金5萬，全案仍可上訴。
