郁慕明：立院體制才是「大是大非」

新黨主席郁慕明今天（5日）下午出席國父紀念館舉辦的「覃志剛書畫展」。對於立法院引爆的關說、監聽紛擾，他指出，這不僅是關說，更引發全民不安、立法院運作出現問題，因此是政治問題，「政治問題要用政治方式解決」。

郁慕明說，這段期間新黨沒發表意見，是因為不管關說或監聽，都已進入司法程序，不便表達意見；「新黨絕對反對特權關說！」

他指出，新黨更關心的，是立法院的結構、體制問題，「這才是新黨關心的大是大非」。他認為，此次立法院的是非與吵鬧，源頭是立法院選舉罷免法選制的不穩定，是體制問題，立法院必須在選制上有所修改。
