中颱菲特打亂台灣人的放假心情，也打亂空中交通。華航已宣布取消大多數飛往馬公與日本部分地區之航班。

中華航空公告，台中飛琉球 AE282與283班機，航班取消；台中飛琉球 AE2282/2283，順延至10月6日。台中飛馬公 AE785，延後至同日7時10分起飛。馬公至台中 AE786，延後至當日20:20起飛。桃園飛石垣島 AE7334/7335班機，順延至10月6日。

長榮航空也宣布取消香港與沖繩之來回班機CX6738與CX6739。如近日有出國需求，請上航空公司網站或撥打服務專線做洽詢。

日本氣象廳表示，菲特颱風早上10時（台灣時間上午9時）正緩慢朝西北移動，位置約在沖繩那霸南方200公里處。

日本航空、全日空以及廉價航空公司樂桃航空6日說，由於颱風逼近，往返那霸的班機已經取消。香港港龍航空也表示，已取消沖繩班機。
