【游芳男／宜蘭報導】受中颳菲特影響，宜蘭南方澳地區漁船為避風浪，紛紛返港停泊，將南方澳漁港擠得水洩不通。面對颱風將來襲，三星蔥農們為免心血泡湯，今上午紛紛搶收蔥，蔥農簡茂盛說，今天搶收了200公斤，「我們不搶收不行的，蔥最怕強風大雨，要是來不及搶收，辛苦種的蔥，會去了了，全完蛋」。
