網誌無音樂版: http://www.dtmsimon.com/2009/11/blog-post_5.html 消費日期:2009/11(目前還在營業中) 美滿小吃店 台中市大里區大明路330號(大買家旁五十嵐隔壁) 營業時間:早上開始賣到下午大概兩點 美滿小吃店位於大里市大明路跟永興路交叉口，五十 嵐隔壁，近大買家。這家店算是冰箱手中的隱藏店之一， 因為很小，位置並不是很起眼。不過他家賣的東西都不錯吃， 像今天介紹這碗瓜仔肉飯在別的地方就不太容易吃得到。 雖然一碗才20元，但是老闆娘給的料可不會少唷，滿滿的 都快看不到白飯囉，哇哈哈哈!!!略瘦的絞肉與碎瓜仔脯 一起做成的瓜仔肉醬，沒有肉燥飯的油膩，反而一整個口感 是不一樣的清淡鮮甜，相當爽口。 按照慣例，冰箱吃這種飯一定要來顆滷鴨蛋。 滷鴨蛋的特色就是蛋白薄、蛋黃大，吃起來真的超香的唷! 接下來是他們家的湯，愛吃筍干的人來他家就對了。 很多我們熟悉的湯品，他們家都會加入筍乾。應該說， 他們那口高湯，就是筍乾為底的筍乾高湯。 這回點的是粉腸筍乾，也許下次會換成豬血或大腸 等也不一定，就看到時候喜歡吃什麼囉... -- 南北貨俱樂部: FB粉絲團:http://www.facebook.com/dtmsimoncook 電冰箱的吃喝玩樂誌:http://www.dtmsimon.com 線上廚藝教室:http://cook.dtmsimon.com -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.123.74
