【林建鋒／台中報導】上午十時許，台中市南屯路發生住宅火警，一棟連棟式公寓的四樓頂樓鐵皮加蓋處突然失火，火舌濃煙冒出，警消到場立即佈線將火勢侷限，並及時撲滅，粗估燃燒面積約10坪，所幸無人傷亡。
 
張姓屋主向警消表示，起火的位置，平日作為會計事務所辦公室用途，堆放許多帳冊與資料，本身從事記帳士工作，許多重要資料因此付之一炬，損失難以估計。至於起火原因，警消仍在調查中。
