美媒形容台灣政府　「也關門了」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國因議會對預算的意見紛歧，導致聯邦政府現在正處於關門狀態中，但《洛杉磯時報》今日在亞洲版的頭條中，也形容台灣的議會常上演紛亂戲碼，似乎台灣政府也「關門了」。

報導首先描述立法院在8月時，為了核四公投而打架，認為台灣的議員擁有「如同摔角選手般」的實力，並附上一段影片。報導也指出，從1990年開始，台灣立院就以打架「聞名國際」，5年前逐漸平息，也是台灣民主政治的轉捩點。但從今年6月開始，因服貿協議和核四問題，立法院至少發生3次衝突。

報導最後引述一名居住在台北的40歲林先生說法，他說：「看立院惡鬥，已經從憤怒、挫折轉變到厭倦和無望。」他認為如果立委們願意好好坐著談，才能得到一個有凝聚力的國家。
