菲特外圍環流影響　大台北地區嚴防大豪雨

【張勵德／台北報導】中颱菲特持續往台灣東北部海面逼近，受到颱風外圍環流加上東北風雙重影響下，中央氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，今天北部、東北部地區及中部山區有大雨或豪雨發生機會，尤其北市、新北市恐有大豪雨(24小時累積雨量達200毫米以上)，請民眾要特別注意。
 
根據中央氣象局最新警報資料顯示，中颱菲特上午8時中心位置在台北東方620公里海面上，以時速18公里速度向西北西移動，持續往台灣東北部海面逼近，暴風圈半徑達250公里，暴風圈可能掃過北台灣陸地，氣象局最快今天下半天就會針對北台灣發布陸上颱風警報。
 
氣象局提醒，今天下半天開始北部、東北部地區及中部山區風雨會逐大，請民眾要提早做好準備。
