眾所矚目的大陸網路商務龍頭阿里巴巴上市案一波多折，財經網站MarketWatche 4日引述知情人士消息指出，阿里巴巴選在紐約或上海上市尚未定案，甚至參與承銷的銀行都還沒選定，照此情形判斷，上市時程將延後至明年。

市場粗估阿里巴巴市值達一千億美元。由於雅虎持有該公司4分之1的股份，因此7月17日阿里巴巴上市消息首度傳出後，雅虎股價當日跳漲9%。嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，今年迄今，雅虎累計上漲74.57%。

儘管分析師認為，阿里巴巴延後上市消息或許會令雅虎投資人感到失望，但該公司4日盤中仍持續上漲2.47%至34.71美元。
