蓋茲鮑默戀棧　尋求留任微軟董事

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】據微軟（Microsoft）公布的代理委託書顯示，董事長蓋茲（Bill Gates）與即將退休的現任執行長鮑默（Steve Ballmer）都在爭取留任微軟董事。

儘管蓋茲與鮑默近來已成為部分維權股東的攻擊對象，認為2人阻礙了微軟的改革發展，但據路透報導，在11月19日的年度股東會中，他們仍可能保住董事席位。

代理委託書顯示，蓋茲持股4.5%，仍是微軟單一最大股東，鮑默則以4%的持股居次。
