標普分析師：美談判僵局不會影響信評

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】國際信評機構標準普爾（Standard & Poor’s，標普）首席分析師Marie Cavanaugh接受美國財經媒體CNBC專訪時表示，儘管美國債務上限談判陷僵局，仍應不會導致美國信評遭調降。標普目前對美國主權信評維持在「AA+」。

Marie Cavanaugh並指出，隨著政府部分停擺情勢持續，預估每停擺1周將衝擊美國經濟成長季增率下滑約0.3%。
