再創歷史新高！ 9月外匯存底突破4100億美元

中央銀行4日公布今（2013）年9月底，我國外匯存底金額達4126.11億美元，較8月底增加32.23億美元，再創歷史新高，而中央銀行總裁日前也首度證實，在半年前外匯存底已配置人民幣。

央行指出，9月外匯存底持續增加的原因，除了外匯存底投資運用收益之外，還有歐元等貨幣對美元升值，以該等貨幣持有的外匯折成美元後，金額增加。

根據市場推估，我國外匯存底7成為美元資產、2成為歐元、其餘的1成為包含人民幣在內的其他貨幣，而彭淮南日前在立法院也首度證實，半年前外匯存底就已配置人民幣。根據統計，9月美元指數下跌2.27%、歐元升值2.29%、人民幣升值0.01%。

此外，央行統計，今年9月底，外資持有國內股票及債券按當日市價計算，連同其新台幣存款餘額共折計2354億美元，約當外匯存底57 %。

其實，除了我國外匯存底增加之外，截至9月底，韓國外匯存底也增加至3261億美元，較8月增加58億美元，印度截至9月20日外匯存底有2492億美元，較8月底增加18億美元。
