菲特恐增強為中颱　最快今晚發海警

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】輕颱菲特亂周末，氣象局最快今晚發布海上颱風警報，菲特未來接近台灣時，很可能增加為中颱，不排除有侵台可能。

氣象局表示，最快今晚到明天上午就會發布海上颱風警報，周末北部和東北部受到菲特外圍環流及東北季風雙重影響，雨勢將轉強。氣象局留意菲特外，位在關島東北方的熱帶性低氣壓，短期內可能會發展成第24號颱風，也在觀察中。
