卡車夜半傾倒廢土　車輛翻覆壓死司機

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣關西鎮今晨兩點半許，發生一起疑似卡車司機傾倒建築廢棄土時，車子失控遭翻車，遭後方車斗壓死在車內的意外。一名55歲男子林棋茂駕駛今天凌晨駕駛一輛滿載建築廢土的卡車，開往關西鎮山區一處產業道路傾倒廢土時，因車斗昇高傾倒，導致車輛在下坡處重心不穩，車輛翻覆，車斗剛好壓在駕駛座上方，導致駕駛遭活活壓死。

由於路人發現，車斗壓在砂石車的車頭上，立即通報119搶救，消防人員趕抵發現在駕駛座內的駕駛當場已被自己壓死，經動用大型機具才將死者脫困。警消研判，林姓駕駛車停在產業道路下坡路段，車頭停在路邊，駁坎下方已傾倒不少的廢磚土，砂石車後方車斗因升到一半，因重心不穩翻覆，車斗壓住駕駛座，司機才遭活活壓死。
