學校也有肥貓？台南一所私立高中還沒受少子化衝擊，卻以此為由刪減教師薪水，教師們的薪水與早期相比，被打了63折！全國教師總工會痛批，該校財務健全卻片面減薪，就像工廠趁颱風夜偷排放廢水。

台南某私立高中的多位教師於10月1日在台北召開記者會。其中一名老師稱自己每周需教39堂課，底薪卻僅有3萬多元。另一名教師則控訴董事長月薪8萬多元，花在租車的費用，一個月高達九萬元，是近3個教師的底薪總和。董事會太浪費，卻苛扣教師薪水。

另外，董事長被質疑安插了多名親友擔任校內要職，例如餐廳經營權，而前幾年贈送給新生的平板電腦，是來自董事長投資的公司行號，報價比市場價格略高。

全國教師總工會表示，這所學校學生數約3千人，生員數量正常，且教職員不打折的薪水支出，不會超過學費收入的86%，人事費比例正常，和公校相當，卻有許多不當開支。

教育部表示，將要求校方在10月中提出改善方案，並派會計師進行查帳，目前除了對學生的學費補助繼續進行，其他補助款皆凍結，等到改善後再執行。記者致電該校校長，因校長外出，未取得回應。

而據中央社報導，校方表示，9月已和老師協商2次，10月上旬也將和台南市教師工會協商此事，但目前校方和老師尚未達成共識。至於教育部要求學校10月中旬提出改善方案，校方說，因未收到教育部公文，不便回應。
