手機遭竊自扮柯南　路過撞見嫌犯報警逮人

【楊忠翰／台北報導】上月12日下午3時許，台北市1名50歲的陳姓男子，徒步行經萬大路的「亞特蘭銀樓」前時，突見一輛機車前置物架內，放有高價的三星智慧型手機，他便順手將其偷走，再賣給友人使用。

何姓失主發現遭竊後，立刻報警並向店家調閱監視器畫面，確認對方身形與穿著之後，他便利用工作之餘四處尋找嫌犯下落，終於在25日讓他發現陳男在艋舺公園出沒，隨即通知警方將其帶回偵訊。陳男對其犯行坦承不諱，並表示純粹是臨時起意才下手行竊，警方訊後依竊盜罪將他函送法辦。
