振聲高中刊物風暴　教育部：一個月檢討

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】桃園縣振聲高中因學生刊物風暴，祭出新規定，學生若製作或散發未經校方核准的不實文件，將留校察看或轉學，遭外界批評侵犯言論自由。綠委鄭麗君、段宜康今舉行公聽會，呼籲政府重視言論自由戒嚴，校園民主淪陷問題。

教育部次長陳德華承諾，一個月內徹查、檢討各高中學生獎懲辦法。振聲高中校長秘書宋文松表示，過去校規中使用「鼓動學潮」字眼不明確，因此與律師討論後改為較具體的說法，未來會在與教育部討論後修改，避免爭議。
