各位先進前輩大家好: 本人剛從115電機碩畢業面試的公司大部分是半導體廠有幸錄取這兩間公司想請教各位有經驗的前輩該如何選擇公司旺宏鉅晶地點新竹新竹職務良率工程師元件工程師 (八吋廠整合部) 工時 ? ? 薪水 N-1試用期三個月 (N+1)*14 N 試用期過後福利保障14個月保障14個月三節已包在14個月內中秋端午?+季獎金? 住所皆是租屋小弟為台中人想請教這兩間公司的發展性以及部門的工作氣氛，聽人資說鉅晶目前是跟力晶財務分開各自打拼，公司目前是無負債正成長，有在裡面工作的前輩可以透漏季獎金發多少嗎? 而旺宏目前在攤提12吋廠，所以這兩年應該都不會賺錢，這樣該如何選擇。另外請教聯電從面試到通知錄取給OFFER時間大概會多久? 請教各位前輩的看法 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.165.99 ※ 編輯: JASONVI 來自: 118.170.165.99 (10/01 11:25) ※ 編輯: JASONVI 來自: 118.170.165.99 (10/01 11:26)
