青安房貸息不動？ 財長：待評估

央行暗示升息腳步接近，立委要求八大行庫青年安心成家優惠房貸應該維持不變，以減輕年輕人購屋負擔。財政部長張盛和表示仍須評估。（黃悅嬌報導）

立委盧秀燕指出，央行暗示升息腳步接近，一旦升息，現在適用青年安心成家優惠房貸的十萬戶首當其衝，前兩年雖享有1.72%低利，但第三年即升到2.02%，利息即使只調升一碼，每個月多支出五百、一千元，但對月領22k、23k年輕人而言依然負擔沉重，促請財政部長張盛和協調八大行庫自行吸收。

財政部長張盛和說明，現在青安房貸利率是依中華郵政兩年期定存利率加計0.345％機動計息，若壓低利差，可能影響銀行承做意願，仍須進一步評估。『因為很多都是上市，如果台銀土銀吸收損失......要評估啦.......如果在沒有損失範圍內看看，那個還需要評估。』

張盛和強調，當日他有參加央行理事會，央行總裁彭淮南只是提醒房貸戶利率變動風險，沒說要升息，升息目前仍是假設性議題。不過，身兼銀行公會理事長的台灣金控董事長李紀珠也指出，台銀已著手進行升息壓力測試，銀行如何因應升息將視壓力測試結果而定，就消費者的負擔及對銀行衝擊來考量。
