女員工半夜辦公室獨舞　自拍影片辭職

【綜合報導】不爽工作向老闆丟辭呈的方式有很多種，壹傳媒動畫公司一名美國籍女員工上周六自製影片（http://goo.gl/k15rfU），向主管宣告「我要辭職！」影片上傳短短3天，累積逾43萬人次點閱。她的前主管昨稱，真希望她在職時曾展現這般創意。

美國《哈芬頓郵報》前天報導，25歲動畫新聞編輯瑪琳娜薛芙林（Marina Shifrin）的影片，堪稱「最酷的辭職法」。薛芙林的主管、壹傳媒動畫內容暨事業發展經理羅根（Michael Logan）昨對此影片不評論，但反駁薛芙林兩項說法，羅根指公司要求的是影片「品質」，而非「產量」；且未硬性制定吃飯時間，由員工自行調配工作與用餐時間，從沒有不讓她午休吃午餐。
