政府臨關門大限　歐巴馬緊急喊話

【綜合報導】美國政府面臨關門大限，總統歐巴馬緊急出面喊話，警告議員政府關門將重挫經濟，而且讓政府關門是高度不負責任的行為，呼籲共和黨議員做出正確的選擇，表示這是國會議員該做好的工作，不該當作要脅籌碼。
 
歐巴馬表示即便政府最後不得不「暫時歇業」，健保案還是會在周二開始生效，立場相當堅定，看來是沒有協商的餘地，但共和黨主導的眾院，在遭民主黨為主的參院，駁回預算案後表示，會提出新版的健保案附帶條件預算案，參眾兩院要達成共識，看來似乎相當有難度。
