【蔡亞樺／台北報導】北市勞動局今日公布7、8月違反勞動基準法企業黑名單，共有37家業者上榜，以保全、客運及物流業最多，其中不乏知名企業如「黑貓宅急便」的統一速達、欣欣客運及指南客運等，其中誼光保全違規最嚴重，遭稽查發現保全員單日工作超時16小時，且連續30天出勤未休假，重罰60萬元。  

此次違反勞基法遭罰企業129家，違規情節嚴重被列入黑名單的有37家，違規項目以出勤紀錄未置備最大宗、共32家違規，違反每日總工時不得超過12小時則有26家，工資未全額給付也是26家，外界關注未給加班費的業者有23家，超過約定工時的業者有21家。
