【綜合報導】四川2歲男童小彬，從出生開始，身材一直比同齡小朋友還嬌小，但他的肚子卻像孕婦一樣，高高隆起。

最近，脹大如球的肚子開始讓小彬呼吸困難，父母帶其到四川大學華西醫院一檢查，發現他肚子裡，竟有一個發育不全的胎兒。醫生開刀成功取出胎兒。

這個寄生胎兒長、寬分別約20公分，有成形的脊柱、四肢，可以清晰地看見手指、腳趾，還發育了小腸。整個胎兒佔去小彬腹腔的三分二空間。

醫生說，小彬患的是極罕見的「胎內胎」。小彬母親在懷孕時，本來懷的是雙胞胎，但由於各種原因，其中一個胎兒的內細胞塊血液斷供，被包入另一個胎兒的內細胞塊，並隨着另一個胎兒一起出生，該病發病率只有幾百萬分之一。目前小彬恢復狀況良好。
