【綜合報導】歐巴馬在台灣時間28日凌晨3點半左右，發表談話表示：「剛剛我和伊朗總統羅哈尼通過電話。」
 
這是繼1979年來美國和伊朗元首，首次直接對談，歐巴馬表示他相信2國能就核子問題達成協議，這將有助改善兩國關係。
