防止私奔　印度村落禁止少女穿緊身牛仔褲

【綜合報導】印度北部哈里亞納邦一對戀人，上周三(18日)不理會家人反對交往而私奔，最後因為有辱家聲遭到雙方家族私刑「榮譽處死」，男的遭女方家人打斷四肢後砍頭，女的則被自家人用私刑虐待至死。為了防止同類事件再發生，鄉村委員會竟然下令，禁止十歲或以上少女，穿著具有「挑逗性」的緊身牛仔褲，認為這樣可防止少女成為性侵者對象，還可杜絕吸引男士目光。

委員會的負責人相信，女性穿著牛仔褲，以及攜帶行動電話，會更容易「招惹」異性，發生「有辱家門」的事件，因此頒布禁令，還要求學校和各大專院校，定期舉行會議，並檢查是否有女性違規。另一個鄉村委員會更計劃，強制要求學校教授「道德學科」，以及禁止居民上色情網站，還要求修改《印度教婚姻法》，禁止來自同一社區及鄉村的男女成婚。
