土城永豐路合法房屋爭議　市府檢討變更

【郭寶懃／台北報導】有關土城區永豐路212號附近部分房舍被劃為公園用地一案，土城區議員今日召開會議討論，新北市府為了考量原有合法建築、民眾權益和都市計畫規劃原意，已提列變更為住宅區，並送請都市計畫委員會審議。

城鄉發展局科長邱信智表示，該案在土城都市計畫第３次通盤檢討的重製檢討過程中，考量損及5層樓建物約4公尺，且早期土地使用分區與地籍範圍不盡吻合的情形下，考量民眾合法房屋權益、都市計畫規劃原意，已於本次通盤檢討案內該宗基地的土地使用分區。
