持有大麻被逮　祝釩剛緩起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】曾因吸食大麻遭勒戒的藝人祝釩剛，今年初參加友人的轟趴，被上門臨檢的警方在身上查獲5.53克的大麻，涉犯《毒品危害防制條例》持有二級毒品罪，台北地檢署考量祝釩剛到案後坦承犯行，今天予以緩起訴，但祝釩剛須支付國庫6萬元。

這起案件發生在今年農曆大年初3(2月12日)凌晨，北市大安路2段一棟民宅7樓傳出嘈雜音樂聲，民眾向警方報案後，警員抵達現場發現屋內有4名辣妹與3名男子開趴，其中1人就是祝釩剛，並在祝釩剛身上查出1包大麻。

祝釩剛供稱，劉姓屋主當時放了1包大麻在桌上，警方到場時，他怕被警方發現，才會匆忙將大麻放到口袋中，當時警方懷疑祝釩剛有吸食毒品，採集尿液進行化驗，但檢驗後沒有發現任何類型的毒品反應。
