【綜合報導】立委陳明文質詢檢察總長黃世銘辦關說案，是藉總統馬英九的手幹掉法務部前部長曾勇夫、台高檢檢察長陳守煌，黃答稱「沒有這回事」；陳追問是否監聽承辦柯案上訴案的台高檢檢察官林秀濤，黃答「調查是否有濫權不上訴才監聽林秀濤」。

陳明文問是否與曾勇夫有心結，黃世銘說「和曾勇夫沒有心結」；陳明文要求代理部長陳明堂回答曾、黃是否有心結，陳明堂巧語回答，「我不知道，心結定義難以定義」。
