總統盼以堆積木方式　與比利時簽FTA

【陳郁仁／台北報導】總統馬英九今早接見來訪的比利時眾議院議員，馬總統提到比利時是我國第六大貿易夥伴，如果台比雙邊可以簽訂經濟合作協議，對雙方都有很大的幫助。總統說，或許可比照台美間先談雙邊投資協定，以堆積木的方式，達成目標。

此外，國際民航組織（ＩＣＡＯ）年會正在加拿大舉行，馬總統也把握機會跟外賓說，台灣終於在42年後重返ICAO，台灣上空每年要提供一百二十萬次航班飛航資訊，能實質參與意義重大。
