未成年少女懷孕　竟誤當腫瘤！

【蔡明樺／台北報導】一名17歲少女近期發現小腹隆起，以為自己太貪吃肥胖，還節食減肥，但體重不但沒變輕，肚子還愈來愈大，少女用手觸摸腹部發現疑似硬塊，誤以為是卵巢癌就醫，超音波檢查驚見少女已懷孕5個月，她坦承曾與1名同齡男孩發生性關係，男方沒戴保險套採體外射精避孕，沒料會懷孕。

收治這名少女的台北醫學大學附設醫院婦產科醫師陳菁徽指，這名少女的經期本來就不規則，常超過2個月才來1次，加上懷孕初期會有出血情形，她誤當成月經忽略就醫檢查，現已懷孕5個月，超音波檢查胎兒清晰可見。陳菁徽說，男性常見未戴保險套做愛，等到快射精時才急忙戴套，殊不知即使還沒射精，分泌的前列腺液內就已有精蟲，導致女性意外懷孕。
