部分玩家反應遊玩《俠盜獵車手 5》會導致初期 Xbox 360 主機死當

　　發售僅三日，即創下 10 億美元銷售記錄的動作遊戲《俠盜獵車手 5（Grand Theft Auto 5）》席捲全球。但根據國外媒體 Kotaku 報導，部分使用舊製程 Xbox 360 主機的玩家反應，在遊戲過程中，會發生嚴重當機情形。遊戲製作公司 Rockstar Games 也正針對此事進行調查。

　　該情形集中在 2006 年至 2008 年間，微軟所生產的 Xbox 360 遊戲主機或整新機。部分玩家主機於《俠盜獵車手 5》首個任務之過場動畫後，旋即死當。有些玩家認為小容量的硬碟很可能是罪魁禍首，但有人嘗試更換大容量硬碟後，依舊徒勞無功。

　　也有玩家建議另一個成功率較高的解決方式：首先清除所有遊戲資料、三度清理系統快速緩衝儲存區、刪除儲存系統中的遊戲賣場資料，再拔掉主機插頭。稍待三分鐘後，啟動主機，安裝第一張遊戲光碟；關掉電源，重啟主機，安裝第二張遊戲光碟。該解決是由 Xbox Live 所提出，但為考慮到 Rockstar 日前呼籲玩家「別安裝第二張光碟」的遊戲安裝指南。

　　Rockstar Games 正針對此問題進行調查，最終解決方案，玩家仍須等待官方提出。
