上海自貿區將解除網禁

香港南華早報今天獨家報導說，「內地」政府日前做出一項重大決定，將解除上海自貿區的網禁，區內人士將可自由瀏覽多年來一直被內地政府視為政治敏感的一些國外網站，其中包括全球兩大社交媒體Facebook和Twitter，以及紐約時報等報章的網站。

南華早報說，了解內情的匿名政府消息人士透露，自貿區管理部門還將邀請國外電信公司競投區內互聯網服務牌照。

消息人士說，大陸三大電信巨頭──中國移動、中國聯通和中國電信都已獲悉此事，知道在上海自貿區將直接與國外對手競爭。

消息人士還說，三大電信巨頭並未過多抱怨，主要因為他們明白這一決定已得到李克強總理等高層領導人的批准。李克強期望上海自貿區能成為主要試驗場，試行國內重大金融和經濟改革措施。
